In the "Job Ads" tab you will find all your active, paused, closed, in-progress, or not yet approved job ads. You can view either only the job ads for which you have been assigned as a manager, or all job ads, including those you are not managing.
By clicking on the name of a job ad, you will see clear statistics for the selected period and you can see how your campaign is performing, including the number of candidates obtained.
For each job ad you will find buttons that allow you to extend the campaign, pause it, or add additional services even for an active job ad. More details can be found in this article.
If you want to view the ad as candidates will see it after clicking on the banner, click the "Show" button in the upper right corner.
