Both in the overall job ads overview and after clicking on their details, you can see several buttons.

1. Pausing a job ad

If you wish to pause a job ad, click the "Pause" button, this will hide it from candidates and it won't be promoted anywhere. Please note that a paused job ad will still end on the ad's expiration date despite being paused, and after this date free renewal will no longer be possible. If you resume recruitment before the expiration date, it will be republished immediately.

2. Extending a job ad

If you want to continue recruitment or republish an already closed job ad, click the "Extend" button in the job ad detail. The promotion selection menu will open where you can choose the campaign type and additional services. If you choose a campaign type or additional services that you don't have prepaid, an invoice will be sent automatically. Republished ads are published immediately, without the need for approval from our side.

You can also set automatic job ad renewal using the "Automatically extend campaign" slider button. If you enable this button, the job ad will keep running continuously until you disable this button again.

3. Adding additional services to a job ad after publication

Want to strengthen your campaign with additional services? After publishing recruitment, click the "Add additional services" button in its detail. Available services for you are PPC package, copywriting, or premium advertising formats.

WARNING: If you don't see the button to add additional services, the campaign will end in less than 7 days. In this case, launching additional services is only possible after consultation with us, contact us and we'll advise you on everything.

4. Duplicating a job ad

We recommend using the "Duplicate" button only if you want to copy a job ad but use it for example for another location simultaneously with the original job ad.

TIP: Just want to republish an already existing job ad with the same content? It's enough to extend it, see point 2. You don't need to create it again. 😊

5. Upgrading FREE ads

If you're using FREE ad offers but want to additionally launch a campaign for them after publication, click the "Change campaign type" button. You'll then be able to choose a new campaign type including additional services.
