In this article you will learn what a candidate sees after clicking on a banner with a job ad and how they can apply for the position.

1. Banner display

Targeted advertising in the form of a banner with your job ad appears to candidates while browsing social networks on mobile or computer. The campaign is displayed under the Nelisa account, and contains the most important information about the position. If the ad interests the candidate, they click on it.

2. Redirect to website

After clicking on the banner, the user is redirected to a detailed description of the job ad advertised on Nelisa. The entire environment of the job ad and company profile is completely adapted to your needs and the user feels like they are directly on your company's career pages.

3. Job ad display

In the detailed description of the job ad, you include all the necessary information about the offered position, including images, videos, and links. From this specific page, the user can click to your company profile, where they will see other currently open positions in your company that you have advertised on Nelisa.

5. Notification of a new candidate

Once a candidate responds to your job ad, both parties receive an informational email - you about a new candidate and the candidate that their interest was successfully sent. You can manage candidate responses in your company environment in the "Candidates" tab. Here you will see their response including other attachments such as resume, phone number, email, and more. How to manage candidates can be found in this article.

During this process, the user has no option to click on any competing ads, so their attention remains fully focused on your job position.
