Do you use Teamio ATS for recruitment management and want to connect it to Nelisa? In this article you will learn how to do it.

1. What features does the integration offer?

Thanks to the connection between Nelisa and Teamio, you will see candidates for job ads on Nelisa in your Teamio account.

You have candidates in one place and can work with them. The integration only offers transfer of candidates from Nelisa. All candidate management must be done in both tools individually.

2. How to set up the integration?

If you don't have one, create a job ad in Nelisa as you are used to. You can find detailed instructions in this separate article.

Need to connect with Teamio for an already running job ad? Just edit the ad.

In the Integrations section connect the job ad, in the "Job ad connection" field, select Teamio as the source.

As the next step, fill in the "External ad ID" field. Where do you find this ID? In Teamio.

Log in to your Teamio account and go to the "Recruitments" section.

On this page, you will find an overview of all active recruitments. If you don't have a recruitment created in Teamio that candidates will be synchronized to, create one.

Once you create or select a specific recruitment in Teamio, complete the connection of the specific position on Nelisa with the position on Teamio.

Complete the process by selecting a specific recruitment in Teamio to which you want to transfer candidates from Nelisa and from the URL bar of the browser for the specific recruitment in Teamio, copy the value after "recld=".
