A simple guide on how to properly fill in a job ad so it works both technically and content-wise.

1️⃣ How to add a new job ad?

After logging in to the company admin, click on "Job Ads" in the left menu and in the top right corner select "Add New Job Ad".

🖋️ Position name and position description

The position name and description form the basis of the entire job ad and have a fundamental influence on whether a candidate will open and read the job ad.

The job ad text should catch the candidate's attention at first glance and motivate further reading. On Nelisa you're reaching passive candidates, so it's important to work with text in a way that generates interest – using a strong introduction, understandable structure, clearly named benefits, and clear division using headings and bullet points. 💼 Profession

You select the profession from a prepared list. Each profession is automatically linked to a specific industry, so they always fill in together. A complete overview of available industries and professions can be found HERE 👈

🎯 Specific cities for campaign targeting

The cities entered are used for campaign targeting – we reach candidates in the given city + a 30 km radius.

We recommend stating the city where work will be performed and possibly also other cities from which you know employees commonly commute to you, so targeting is as effective as possible.
