This guide describes the end-to-end flow for connecting a Nelisa company account to TalentLyft so that candidate applications submitted on Nelisa are forwarded into the corresponding TalentLyft job.
Prerequisites
- Access to a TalentLyft account with permission to generate an access token.
- Access to a Nelisa company account with permission to manage integration settings and create job offers.
Steps
- Generate the TalentLyft access token. In TalentLyft, go to Profile → Integrations and copy the access token.

- Save the access token in Nelisa. In Nelisa, go to Settings → Integrations → TalentLyft Integration (the last item on the page) and paste the access token. Save the settings.

- Create a job in TalentLyft. Create a new job in TalentLyft and publish it.
- Copy the TalentLyft Job ID. Note the numeric Job ID of the published job — it will be needed in Nelisa.
- Create the matching job offer in Nelisa. Create a new job offer in Nelisa and fill in all mandatory fields. Scroll down to the ATS Integration section, select TalentLyft from the Job Offer Integration dropdown, paste the TalentLyft Job ID into the corresponding field, and save the offer.

- Prepare and order the offer. Wait for the Nelisa team to manually approve the offer.
- Open the published offer. Once the offer is approved, open the offer detail and click Show. You will be redirected to the public offer page that candidates see.

- Submit a test application. Fill in the application form — first name, last name, email, phone number, message — attach a CV, and submit.
- Verify in TalentLyft. The submitted candidate data should appear in the Applied section of the corresponding TalentLyft job.
