If your company uses Nelisa for recruiting new employees, it's important to know that a mandatory part of the form for candidates is the standard consent to personal data processing, which is in compliance with GDPR. Candidates grant this consent when submitting their application.

This standard consent lists your company's name, its ID number, and registered office address. If your company's registered office differs from the billing address you have listed in your Nelisa account, you need to manually enter it in the appropriate field. You'll find it in the left sidebar under "Settings" in the "Personal Data" tab.

We understand that some companies may have specific requirements regarding personal data processing, so we offer the option to add custom GDPR terms. You can easily use this option directly in your company profile.

Warning: You can add your GDPR terms in three languages: Czech, Slovak, and English. You can switch between languages using the flags in the top right corner. Please ensure that the language of the terms matches the language of your job ads. This will prevent potential misunderstandings.
