The only way you can communicate with a candidate directly from Nelisa is when rejecting them. The communication takes the form of an email that is sent directly from the application.
You can freely edit the template for this email only when rejecting a candidate. Unfortunately, permanent changes to the wording of this email in the system cannot be made.
The rejected candidate will receive an email in their inbox. If they reply directly using the "Reply" button in the email, their response will be delivered to the address you specified in the "Reply-to email address" field.
