1. Changing name, email address, or phone number

Log in to your company admin environment at nelisa.com, in the bottom left corner by your name, click the three dots and then "Edit". Then simply enter new contact information and click "Save changes".

2. Changing password

If you wish to change your password, click the "Forgot password?" button at login, then fill in your email address under which you're registered as an administrator in the company account and confirm with the "Change password" button. You'll immediately receive an email with a link through which you'll set a new password.

Warning: If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If the email isn't there either, you're probably not set up as an administrator of the company profile. Call us and we'll be happy to help you with everything.
