In 2026 everyone who launches a recruitment campaign with us has the opportunity to try the custom question for free – without needing to purchase anything additional. You can use the custom question throughout all of 2026 as part of every campaign and verify how it helps you with candidate evaluation.

How to add a question?

  1. Open a job ad and click "Edit".
  2. Find the "Custom Question" section.
  3. Activate the custom question using the toggle on the right.
  4. Select the question type, optionally add answer options and set whether it should be required or optional.
  5. Save and you're done. ✅

You will see the answers directly in the administration under the candidate. They are also written to Teamio/Profesia and are available via the ATS API.
